Mike brings over 20 years of healthcare software experience to ATLAS and previously served as President of Data Innovations. His broad skills, ranging from product management, sales, and service leadership, ensure ATLAS delivers strategic solutions that allow clients to deliver quality patient care in a dynamic, competitive healthcare landscape. He holds a Master’s degree from University of Cincinnati and Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Moore College.
Mike resides in Kentucky with his wife, a clinical pharmacist educator, and four children– two boys and two girls. His hobbies include reading and coaching youth baseball.

Robert M. Clymer
Chief Solutions Architect
Bob joined ATLAS in 1992 and has been leading the development and delivery of medical laboratory solutions since 1995. He holds three degrees from Cornell University: a bachelor’s and master’s in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering as well as an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson School of Management. Prior to joining ATLAS, Bob worked in the computer manufacturing and repair industry in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. At various times with ATLAS he has led all aspects of the creative solution delivery lifecycle including: solution conception, business analysis, design, architecture, development, quality assurance, sales engineering, implementation, support, partner integration and client consultation. Currently, as an executive team member, Bob oversees integration services, support, and implementations.
Bob is a former private pilot who lived in Japan for three years working as a business English teacher, and then later as a “salaryman”, the Japanese expression for salaried office worker. He is married with two children.
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “I get to work with smart and dedicated people to build a thriving institution that solves difficult problems for appreciative clients who save patient lives. What could be better?”
Russell von Blanck
Chief Information Officer
Russell has operational oversight of multi-national technical teams that support and maintain mission critical data center operations for both the medical and public health segments. Additionally, Russell is heading ATLAS’ WorldCare and HealthCentric EMPI business initiatives, including surveillance, outbreak, case management and emerging population health solutions,. Additionally, Russell serves as the Security and Privacy Officer for ATLAS, responsible for implementing standards for protection of Personal Health Information under HIPAA.
Russell has a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, Northridge with a focus on public policy and state governments. He enjoys snowboarding, soccer, running marathons and spending time with his family which includes his wife, two daughters and a golden retriever. His favorite quote, by John Wooden, is: “Whatever you do in life, surround yourself with smart people who’ll argue with you.”
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “I love being part of a team that does great things, embraces challenges and conquers them with creative solutions.”
Managing Director, Atlas Healthcare Software India Private Limited
Rajiv was born in Calcutta,India and graduated from La Martiniere School; he immigrated to the United States in 1991. He attended Concord University, West Virginia where he obtained a dual bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics in three years and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He joined ATLAS early in its inception and became one of the principal architects of the flagship ATLAS LabWorks product.
Rajiv currently heads the expansion of ATLAS’ Asia-Pacific operations. Atlas Healthcare Software India Private Limited was founded as a wholly owned subsidiary, with Rajiv continuing to remain in charge of operations which now include more than 150 employees across three offices.
Rajiv, who speaks four languages, is also involved in various aspects of social entrepreneurship, mentoring students of graduating classes in local colleges and universities, and prepping them for their entrance into industry. In his “down” time, he enjoys golfing, reading and visiting orphanages. Rajiv lives in India with his wife, son and daughter; surprisingly, Italian and Mexican top his list of favorite “eats”. Perhaps not surprisingly, his favorite quote comes from Mahatma Gandhi: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “Being in this job allows me to help others around me to improve, succeed and get healthier and happier. Whether it is in the form of helping co-workers with their personal problems, or helping budding professionals get established on a career path, or helping physicians provide better patient care for improved health outcomes – I am passionate about helping others, and I get to do that every day working for ATLAS.”
Chief Financial Officer
Ana joined ATLAS in January 2010 and took responsibility for the Company’s financial affairs, including financial reporting, budgets planning and financing. She works closely with other executives to fulfill the values, purpose and strategic plan of the Company. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer and secretary at Aspyra, Inc., a public company traded on the American Stock Exchange. She also served as a director for Aspyra Diagnostic Solutions (a division of Aspyra, Inc.). Prior to her employment with Aspyra, Ana was an audit manager with BDO Seidman, LLP. She received a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Ana has lived in three countries and speaks two languages. She enjoys spending time with her husband, watching their two children participate in sports, traveling and enjoying Mexican and Mediterranean food. Her favorite expression: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “I love working with a diverse group of people who are knowledgeable and dynamic. I like knowing that we are making a difference in improving patient care.”
Senior Vice President of Growth
Lisa Conley is an accomplished, results-driven leader with more than 20 years’ of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining ATLAS, Lisa held a number of leadership positions with major industry leaders, including Sunquest and McKesson, in their laboratory business. She is a certified Medical Technologist (ASCP), and has extensive experience in the hospital and reference lab business.
Lisa is married and has two sons; she spent 25 years as a military wife, carrying her family’s medical records from duty station to duty station. This experience proved inspirational. “My goal is to continue to be an advocate for one unified record for a patient so that we can lower healthcare cost and provide better healthcare,” she says. Lisa currently lives in Richmond, Kentucky and enjoys regional wildlife and landscape photography as a relaxing hobby.
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “I believe if you do the right thing for your clients the business side will fall into place. Here at Atlas Medical we are doing the right things and changing healthcare with the help of our clients.”
Michelle Del Guercio
Vice President of Marketing
Michelle is responsible for the corporate and product marketing of the Company and its divisions. Prior to joining ATLAS in 2009, Michelle spent 25 years at healthcare technology vendor, Aspyra, Inc. (formerly Creative Computer Applications, Inc.) a company focused on laboratory (LIS) and radiology information systems (RIS) and Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS). During her tenure at Aspyra, she held various positions, including Quality Assurance Supervisor, Director of Product Management and finally Vice President of Marketing. Prior to Aspyra, she oversaw the LIS and clinical reporting operations for an independent southern California clinical reference laboratory, and also held a nursing assistant certificate (CNA) in the state of California.
Michelle enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, jogging and hiking, and participates in 5K fundraising events for cancer awareness and research, particularly pancreatic cancer. She enjoys live music events (especially outdoors); her musical tastes include Classic rock ‘n roll, Alternative and Indie cuts. She enjoys traveling, especially Mediterranean vacations and, not surprisingly, Mediterranean food.

Chief Development Officer
Preston Law has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare IT industry. He has been instrumental in providing thousands of connectivity solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, EMRs and laboratories.
In his role as Chief Development Officer, Preston is accountable for the Development Department’s US-based development operations. Preston, a member of the Executive team, works with ATLAS employees to improve efficiencies and provide strategic direction in a variety of services including product development, clinical integration, sales, marketing and product management.
Preston began his career by founding a medical billing company in New Orleans, LA. Under his leadership, Greycat, Inc. became a successful and popular tool in the chiropractic industry. The software he designed three decades ago is still being used today.
Preston received his degree in Computer Science from Tulane University’s School of Engineering. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
What do you like most about working at ATLAS and in the healthcare field? “Knowing that every day we are helping physicians provide quality patient care fulfills me on a professional and personal level. I have a family member who was saved from a potentially serious medical problem because of a shared patient record across providers. Making sure that other people are able to benefit from this is a driving factor in my day-to-day life at ATLAS.”
